MIDI - How can I program specific note frequencies?

How can I reprogram my keyboard through some software (maybe a vsti?) so that for example instead of middle c being 444 hz I can have it be like 433.7 hz? How can I customize the notes?

    Well I think this is not MIDI is an audio question and most of keyboards have the tuning function and you can change the frequency there but for the whole keyboard.
    If you need a different tuning for each key you must create your own instrument.
