Sophia (Sophie) Sophia is my name, but it doesn’t get shorted to Sophie, it gets shortened to Fee or Saf!
Genevieve (Jenny, Jen) Don’t like this one, but jen/ jenny ok
I like all the boy names, especailly samuel and raymond!
I like Charlotte, Adelaide, Felicity, Grace, and Genevieve for girls and Neil, William, Charles, Nathan, and Thomas for boys. I think old-fashioned names are fine, but I like to pair them with more modern middle names for a nice balance.
My mother almost named me Felicity, by the way. xD I ended up as Luna instead, though.

Grace & Sophia too, but they are popular right now at my daughters school too. I like Charlotte too.

William (Will) is my favorite of your boy names, followed by Charles, Samuel, Nathan (I also like Nathaniel), and Neil.
I want to use the name Genevieve with Elise or Ann (a family middle name). I like the middle name Camille: Josephine Camille would be cute. Charlotte Adeline would be nice, also.

I don’t think any of those are old-fashioned, except for Raymond and Neil, they are timeless names.
I’d avoid Sophia and Grace as they are very popular.
Adelaide, William and Edmund are great.
