paul: I have a long block but everything points to a 1 piece seal c/s but it has the 2 piece seal crank in it.i believe its a mark IV model around a 90 model and came out of a 3500HD,can there actually be a factory installed 2 piece seal c/s in it? [...]

Man: ….the issue i took it too a mechanic cause of a leak from directly under the cab by the transmission and oil pan area there is a leak..he said i need a new transmission and a rebuilt one will have leaks aswell,…im tryin to get the car in shap to were i can work [...]

Nascar Dreamer: Designing a Circle Track Engine…
I was wondering if any piston manufacturer made a hyperuetectic piston that is designed for a stock 3.48″ stroke and 6.125″ rods? Should have a compression height of 1.135″. All i can find is forged, but rules will only allow cast or hyperuetectic.
