To the answerer - your question makes no sense. So my suggestion is take music lessons.
It’s difficult to write out an entire piece with just letter names. This is why music notation developed in the first place. I think the only thing you can do is to get your hands on the sheet music and write the letters over the notes. At the same time, if you don’t have an organ teacher, you should find one and they will also help you to learn to read music.
