If there is a sharp in a measure you have to play all those notes sharp but if a natural happens?

In other words say in one measure of music right at the beginning there is a C sharp meaning you would play all the other C notes in that measure as a C as well, but then say the next C has a natural sign well of course you would play it natural but what about the third C in that measure? Im kind of new with this stuff, I started playing guitar 2 months ago but I dont really understand exactly what your saying, are you playing scales?
Accidentals carry through to the end of the measure, unless they are canceled within the measure.
