If there is a sharp in a measure you have to play all those notes sharp but if a natural happens?

C Note

You play the note natural but would you still play ALL the notes in that measure natural? In other words say in one measure of music right at the beginning there is a C sharp meaning you would play all the other C notes in that measure as a C as well, but then say the next C has a natural sign well of course you would play it natural but what about the third C in that measure? Would you play it natural or sharp?

Im kind of new with this stuff, I started playing guitar 2 months ago but I dont really understand exactly what your saying, are you playing scales?

Accidentals carry through to the end of the measure, unless they are canceled within the measure.

    See example:

The Ossia staff shows how the part is played, the normal staff shows how it would be engraved normally.
