I know the songs appeared on Ray Charles’s Modern Rhythym and Blues Sounds In Country and Western Music album(1962), George Strait also had a cover as well as Dean Martin. But In order for it to have been on the Ray Charles album It must have been a cover. Who did the original version? I thought Maybe Eddy Arnold but his version didnt come out unil 1972.

It is by Ray Charles it is a love song that has been remade alot of times it is often sung by females because it does not actually include the word girl or woman or something like that. sorry that the most i remember bout the song but i know it if a heard it ( or read it).
