If I can think a note (like C, G, Bb) and then sing that note, does that mean I have perfect pitch?

Alexander H: Because I can sing any note and identify any note I hear but I need to think about it first. I need to go through the scale in my head to figure out what it is by starting from C. Do I have perfect pitch?

C flat?! o.O?

Rachael ♥: Please help!
I have a piece of music (for piano) and the key is Db major.
In the left hand part it says to play the note C flat.
What does it want me to play? o.O
If that didn’t make sense, just ask and I will rephrase it XD
